Vighpyr's Place is a listener-supported Internet
jazz radio station that began broadcasting in July of
2007. Based in the Delaware Valley in the northeast
United States, Vighpyr's Place is proud to have loyal
listeners around the globe.
Vighpyr's
Place (pronounced "viper's place") is one of the few
Internet stations that combines an eclectic mix of some
of the most enjoyable jazz from talented artists
from every country, with live broadcasts every week. We
pride ourselves in our ability to produce excruciatingly
relaxing shows that are a blend of listener requests and
the best selections from our extensive jazz library and
archives.
Our
programming is broadcast on two CD-quality streams. Our
primary server streams at 128K and our secondary server
streams at 96K for quality sound wherever you are. Vighpyr's Place broadcasts
continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 364 days a
